How it works

Every step from first call to active placement

A licensed qualifier doesn't just get matched — they get associated with your company through the state board. Here's the full lifecycle IQS manages on your behalf.

The end-to-end placement flow

Twelve coordinated steps across three entities. You only act on a few of them — IQS drives the rest.

Lead intake

You call, or we call you. An IQS agent captures your business details, classification needs, timeline, and budget into the CRM.

Match engine

IQS runs the match engine, filtering the qualifier network by classification, state, budget, and urgency. The top candidates are scored.

Qualifier contact

IQS contacts the top-scored qualifier, confirms their availability and rate, and proposes the match.

Introduction

IQS introduces both parties. The placement stage advances to Introduced.

Agreements signed

You sign the service agreement and invoices; the qualifier signs the liability waiver and qualifier agreement. Stage advances to Agreed.

Fees collected

IQS collects the finder's fee and the $750 service fee through its own processor. Payments are logged.

Case transfer

IQS transfers the case to the processing partner, who accepts it in their portal. (Optional — some clients process independently.)

Application submitted

The processing partner submits the state-board application. Stage advances to In Process.

State processing

The state board reviews for 4–6 weeks. The partner pushes status updates, and you see them in real time in your portal.

Association confirmed

The board confirms the association. IQS marks the placement Active and all portals update.

Monthly payments

You pay the qualifier monthly through your own processor. Each payment is logged automatically.

End of term

Renewal reminders fire in month five. If you're closing out, a disassociation notice is filed and a 4–6 week wind-down begins.

What you see

Your placement, tracked live

As a client you get your own portal with a plain-English timeline. Every milestone, document, and payment updates the moment the processing partner pushes a status change — no phone tag, no guesswork.

  • ✅ Live milestone timeline with real dates
  • ✅ Full payment schedule — paid, due, upcoming
  • ✅ Signed documents to view and download
  • ✅ Direct message thread with the IQS team
