Placement types
Depending on your structure and the state's rules, your qualifier is placed one of two ways. We'll recommend the right fit during intake.
The qualifier is onboarded as a W-2 employee of your company, with a standard onboarding packet.
The qualifier serves as a corporate officer of your company, documented with an officer resolution.
Payment separation, by design. IQS collects only its finder's fee and $750 service fee. Your monthly payments to the qualifier and any processing fees are handled by separate entities through their own processors. IQS does not process or store your payment information.
